Instructions:

Place 3 to 5 drops of oil in your left palm, then rub hands together. Open hands with palms up and extend each arm completely. Breathe deeply until you feel the tingling sensation in your palms. Bring your hands to your face, cupping them together over your nose. Inhale through your nose, take your hands away from your face and exhale. Repeat three times. Wave your hands all around your body from the top of your heat to the tip of your toes and bring the energy into your aura and Enjoy!
