Also, Ataana brings in the unique healing qualities of the crystal, making the guided meditation a transformational healing experience tailored to each individual as well as the group. The meditation happens each Friday at the Nashville Crystal Store Berry Hill, and in-person attendees get a crystal to keep. You can also attend by phone or online meeting, or you can listen to the recording of the session.
