The meditation happens each Tuesday and Friday, and you can attend by phone or online meeting, or you can listen to the recording of the session.
The Tuesday meditation takes place at Nashville Crystal Store East, and the Friday meditation takes place at the Nashville Crystal Store Berry Hill. You can attend the meditation in-person at these locations for $10. In addition, in-person attendees get a crystal to keep.
