The Guided Crystal Meditation supports your self-healing and the healing of humanity.
First, Ataana selects a crystal for the session; After that, he thoughtfully guides participants to just the right place. Finally, he introduces the crystal and dives deeper into the meditation.
Also, Ataana brings in the unique healing qualities of the crystal, making it a transformational healing experience tailored to each individual as well as the group. In other words, participating in the meditation will prepare you to move into the new energies with confidence and support.
The meditation happens each Friday, and you can attend by phone or online meeting, or you can listen to the recording of the session.
The meditation takes place at the Nashville Crystal Store Berry Hill, and in-person attendees get a crystal to keep.
